Positive: The Home Residence offers truly exceptional villas — very spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved how much outdoor living space there is for enjoying the holiday, relaxing, and simply taking in the peaceful tropical atmosphere. The entire property feels luxurious yet warm and welcoming at the same time. The pool is absolutely outstanding, and everything is maintained to a very high standard. What also made our stay special was the exceptional staff — always available, fast, attentive, precise, and genuinely kind. Every request was handled quickly and professionally, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. The restaurant was excellent, and the spa experience was equally outstanding. It is a perfect combination of comfort, elegance, nature, and luxury.

Positive: Just about everything. The beach is manicured daily. Food and drinks good. Reception uses WhatsApp to communicate and this works well.

Negative: The travel agent who preys on hotel clients - and who is NOT a hotel employee - demands payment in cash despite a fully functional card reader which is very annoying in a country where the biggest bank note is $4.00. I'm not convinced that the tip we asked her to pass on to the tour guide reached him as despite request for his WhatsApp number she didn't send it. Have suggested to hotel that they review their arrangement.

Positive: The management was super nice. The resort manager woke up to welcome us at 4AM! to make sure that all is okay. We got a super large villa, with more rooms and space than we needed. The villa had a sizable swimming pool and a path to a perfect beach strip that was all for us.

Negative: The villa was located a bit far from the restaurant, so we had to ask for a club-car every time we left the villa. We didn't like the fact that we were charged for those rides... In addition, restaurant was good, but the priciest we came across in Madagascar.

Positive: Exceptionally positive experience! The accommodations were amazing: beautiful, comfortable, clean! The staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful! We did a combination of relaxing in our villa and enjoying the resort facilities as well as fun excursions which we were able to book through the resort. It was a truly wonderful family vacation!
